Privacy Policy

We collect information that parents, guardians, athletes, coaches, and staff provide when using Air Volleyball Club's website, mobile app, registration forms, portal, team tools, and communication features.

This may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, account login details, athlete birth dates, school or grade information, team assignments, jersey numbers, positions, addresses, emergency contacts, medical notes, allergies, medications, concussion-related responses, scheduling conflicts, attendance responses, registrations, invoices, payment status, uploaded photos, receipt files, chat messages, and push notification tokens.

We use information to operate club programs, manage teams, process registrations, show schedules and events, coordinate attendance, communicate with families and staff, support payments and invoices, respond to questions, maintain account security, and improve the website and app.

Health, emergency contact, and eligibility information is used for club administration, player safety, registration review, and compliance with program requirements.

The website and app may show payment links, invoice amounts, due dates, and payment status. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Air Volleyball Club does not intend to store full credit card numbers in its own website or app databases.

Payment providers may collect and process payment information under their own privacy and security practices.

If notifications are enabled, we may store a device push token so the app can send club updates, team reminders, chat alerts, registration updates, and schedule-related notifications.

Users can control push notification permissions through their device settings.

The website may use cookies or local device storage to keep users signed in, remember preferences, and support app functionality. Browser and device settings can be used to limit or clear this storage.

We share information only as needed to operate the club, provide the website and app, support registration and payment workflows, communicate with families and staff, comply with legal obligations, or protect the safety and security of users.

Service providers may include hosting, authentication, database, storage, notification, email, and payment providers. We do not sell personal information.

Air Volleyball Club serves youth athletes, and parent or guardian information may be collected with athlete registration and account activity. Parents or guardians should submit, review, and update athlete information when possible.

If you believe a child's information was submitted without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review the account or registration record.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect account, registration, team, payment status, and communication records.

We keep information for as long as needed to operate club programs, maintain historical team and registration records, resolve disputes, meet accounting or legal requirements, and support safety-related documentation.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by contacting Air Volleyball Club. Some information may need to be retained for legitimate club, safety, accounting, dispute-resolution, or legal reasons.

You may also update certain account details directly in the portal when those tools are available.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the last updated date on this page.
